Where does Qr8 deliver?

We offer delivery throughout Australia using Australia Post’s Express Post service, which ensures that your package is delivered as quickly as possible.

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Our doctors are registered to practice in Australia. This means that if you are not in Australia at the time of your consult, our doctors cannot legally prescribe for you, even if you have an Australian shipping address.

How long before my order arrives?

Our team is dedicated to processing your order quickly, so you can start seeing the benefits as soon as possible.

Once your payment clears into our account, the Qr8 admin team will process your order within 24 business hours and confirm with you via text message. Then the pharmacy will work hard to compound your treatment promptly (remember these aren’t off-the-shelf treatments!). Please allow 2-5 business days for your treatment to be compounded and then shipped.

Once your order is picked up by Australia Post, we are not responsible for any delays on their part. 

For your peace of mind, please note that orders cannot be safe dropped and will require a signature on delivery. If you’re not available to sign for your order, it will be taken to the closest post office for collection. If the order is not collected within 5 business days, it will be returned to the pharmacy.

Your order will be shipped directly from the pharmacy to the address you provided on your form, so please ensure this is up-to-date. If your address changes, or you have a special request for your delivery, please let us know asap so we can update your details to ensure a seamless delivery.

Why is my order delivered via Express Post?

We understand that you want to receive your treatment as soon as possible so you can start your journey to healthier skin.

Our compounded creams are tested as heat-stable after exposure to 50°C heat for 5 days, but to ensure the smoothest possible delivery, we use Australia Post’s Express Post service. This service provides the highest priority within Australia Post and minimises exposure to the environment during shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the all-inclusive price of your treatment.

How do I track my order?

We want to make sure you’re always in the loop about your treatment’s progress! The pharmacy will keep you updated via email as your treatment moves through the compounding process, and will email you a shipping notification with a tracking number once it’s on its way to you (check your junk mail if you don’t receive it!).

My order didn’t arrive, what do I do?

If you don’t receive a shipping email from the pharmacy after 7 business days from placing your order, or your Australia Post tracking information isn’t being updated, please contact us on the Text Support Line.

There was a problem with my order, what do I do?

At Qr8, we want to make sure you receive your treatment in perfect condition. If your cream is damaged, incorrect or faulty, just let us know, and we’ll organise a replacement with the pharmacy for you right away. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can quickly rectify any issues and get your treatment underway!

Since our creams are personalised and tailored to your specific needs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

My cream was warm when it arrived – is it safe to use?

Our compounded treatments are designed to handle the heat, even after being exposed to 50°C for up to 5 days! We ship our products all across Australia, all year-round, so we work hard to deliver a reliable and consistent product.

If your cream is a little ‘runny’ when it arrives, don’t worry! Once it returns to room temperature (25°C), it should return to its creamy consistency. If you want to speed up the process, you can pop it in the fridge for a short period.

To ensure the safest and fastest delivery of our treatments, we use Australia Post’s Express Post service. This service ensures your treatment has the highest priority within the Australia Post system, and minimises exposure to the environment during shipping.
